3,2,1 and the job is successfully closed

It's been a few months since i've commenced a recruitment partnership with this awesome multinational FMCG business and one of the top 3 brands globally.


Their reliance on LinkedIn advertising and job portals made them hesitant to work with a specialist headhunter for ROI reasons, of course and for over a year they struggled with attracting the best people. Its taken them on average between 2-3 months to get to an offer on each vacancy advertised. At times, the candidate would drop out at the last minute and all that time and effort was down the drain. Back to the drawing board it was!
